Top lid access and side pocket strap length We love your backpacks with two exceptions – I hope you made the opening to the top lid longer so it’s more accessible – very difficult to get things out if the pack is fully packed due to limited access. And the adjustable straps on your side pockets are so short it’s difficult to strap a tent on the side – only need a couple more inches of strap
